“Given the latest news of Judge Jones, it seems plain and apparent that he is unable to differentiate between work and personal business. This has been and ongoing problem for years and despite a prior arrest for committing an act of domestic violence, Judge Jones amazingly still sits on the bench. Perhaps in addition to texting his girlfriend during hearings; Judge Jones is also texting his financial backers too.”

From having his then pregnant wife thrown in jail, to having his teenage daughter held in women’s cell with adults, to being arrested himself on domestic battery charges after a fight with girlfriend over chicken nuggets and Jones is the antithesis of what one would expect in a judge.”

This is a Judge who cannot handle the issues. He is respectful to the parties and counselors, but he will not make a reasonable decision.

“Nice man, but he will bend the facts until he makes up a brand new story in order to find that the child is awarded to the mother. Even when he catches witnesses and litigants in one lie after another, he

“Better administrator than a judge. Maybe he’s just become bored with family law, but he doesn’t listen to the facts of the case anymore. Instead, he acts irritated to be on the bench, makes a quick order, and tries to get to lunch quickly.”

“I’ve found Judge Moss to take an active role in her caseload. She is approachable, and litigants walk into their courtroom on even footing. The difficulty in this court resides in the lack of decision making and often caving in on litigants. Rarely consequences are imposed. “
