“I’ve found Judge Moss to take an active role in her caseload. She is approachable, and litigants walk into their courtroom on even footing. The difficulty in this court resides in the lack of decision making and often caving in on litigants. Rarely consequences are imposed. “
“This department needs to work through their case so that matters can be heard quickly and final decision reached.”
“Great temperament, listens, courteous but allows pro-se litigants to run wild. Can this department learn not to run a timely calendar? Also creates issues that are not there. “
“People often complain that she takes too long, but she pays attention. She listens to everyone. She cares and tries to do the right thing and she follows the law.”
It would be good to see just who contributes to this judge’s campaign chest. This seems to have a great bearing on the outcome in her court at times.
It appears that with the right influence, horrible decisions can be made without conscience.
She is the absolute horrific judge who can easily be bought…..not fair and does not put the “needs of the children first”
