He is a “softy” and does not enforce his own orders to the detriment of those who appear before him. His “everybody gets a pass” style of dealing with complex issues are in conflict the NRS. He claims to be an advocate of saving people’s hard earned money on legal fees. Instead of imposing consequences for contempt, he schedules hearing after hearing until both sides have exhausted their resources and energy. How about following the NRS, and punishing those who deserve to be punished? Here is a quote from William B Gonzalez , referring to handing down punishment for contempt..”I am slow to pull the trigger” He is not slow. He is just plain soft. What are you waiting for judge?
