“Love the way he runs his courtroom. On time, listens, joint physical custody judge. Must be procedurally correct and has no problem cutting through the BS. Tells the attorney’s their positions are not supported by facts or law. If she is on drugs this is the court room for you. “

“Judge Harter is unique to the courts. There have been some decisions that make no sense. There has been an  instance in which Judge Harter took the unprecedented stance in having the court actually visit a litigant’s residence to check on the condition. This exceeds this courts soundness of their authority and clearly illustrates an unwarranted expense upon the county. Boxed lunch field trips are not the norm in addressing family law arguments.”
