Judge Duckworth is good at falling into women playing the victim. I don’t feel he reviews any cases. He waits to hears what is said, then says here is my decision, goodbye. Unfortunatly, nobody can plead their case verbally in two minutes. I just wish he thought more about the kids involved, as opposed to assisting the “poor victim” into taking advantage of the Father.
