Judge Potter was elected only because of the candidate running against him was already defeated by voters in the past. He was the Devils bargain, the lesser of two evils.
Judge Potter needs to enroll in an Anger Management Class, or Behavior Control Class or just see a doctor for medication.
Judge Potter seems to think that a mother arrested 6 times for prescription fraud with over 800 pills of oxycondin a month is fit for custody, as a “functioning addict”. In realty she is the provider of hundreds of pills in the legal community. Is this why she gets favoritism and free attorney services? What do you think?
Potter has developed or has always had a pro-mother prejudice, and guess how many chances to men? Unbiased Judge, Neutral Judge? NO. He will be drawing opponents next election, guaranteed!

Department T, Gayle Nathan is no surprise to E.R.D.F.
During her private practice she was known for her hatred of men and fathers. She was known to be ethically challenged. She has shown her same rude, nasty behavior and her blatant hatred of men and fathers. She was known to be ethically challenged. Fair, neutral, unbiased Judge? NO. Men as Fathers will never get a fair ruling in this department.
Her first day on the job, 22 litigants opted out of her court (peremptory challenge). Now everyone in Clark County knows of this hater. Unfair bias Judge with an agenda, BEWARE!
It has become apparent, based on public response, that any attorney who knowingly fails to advise his male client about the pitfalls and certain liabilities of proceeding in Gayle Nathan’s court, wthout mentioning the option of a preemptory challenge, is remiss or even liable for action by the bar.
I HAVE CUSTODY OF MY KIDS 6 YRS MY EX WIFE FILED MOTION FOR CHANGE OF CUSTODY . I DID NOT RESPOND IN 10 DAYS BECAUSE OF LACK OF MONEY, BECAUSE SHE OWES ME 21,000 IN BACK CHILD SUPPORT.JUDGE NATHAN SIGNED OFF ON MOTION WITHOUT A HEARING, NOT HEARING THE FACTS.
This is what just happened to us. My son’s hearing she announced “I have already made my ruling” without ever hearing his case. How disaster of a judge gets to remain on the bench just simply amazes me. I now can see why her husband took off…

Nathan is nothing more than a BIASED JUDGE, who will do anything to rule against a Father, just look at her track record, everyone knows about her just look at how many Attorneys and litigants have had her removed as a Judge on their cases numbers do not LIE

Why are all Judge Gayle Nathan court hearings closed to the public?
Ive been trying to observe her hearings as I am assigned to her court and wanted to observe her hearings and I cant get in as all her hearings are closed . What is she hiding? and why is the public being denied entrance, this should be brought to the attention of Court Administration and the Chief Judges as well as the Media

WHY DOES JUDGE NATHAN ASK LITIGANTS IF THEY GO TO CHURCH, IS THAT NOW A REQUIREMENT TO RAISE CHILDREN? IS SHE FAMILIAR WITH SEPERATION OF CHURCH AND STATE.? SO WHAT IF YOU DO NOT YOU LOSE IN HER COURT.
